Cold Rock Summer Advertising Campaign 2015

Red Crayon was again asked to develop an integrated multi-channel advertising campaign for the Summer of 2014/15. Though the goals stayed the same, a smaller budget this year meant that a little creative accounting was required to achieve our aims – drive sales at the 100 stores around Australia and to add 15,000 new subscribers to their database.
This year we pitched a campaign that saw the process of making a magnificent Cold Rock delight, helping those new to Cold Rock to understand what the brand is all about. We also leveraged our friendship with the Zagame Automotive Group to put us in touch with Fiat Australia who came on board offering to give away a Fiat 500 Pop to the winner of this year’s competition, hence the Rock, Pop & Go. With the reduced budget, the concept will be rolled out across Channel 7 nationally for 4 weeks, as well as exposure on Facebook and in-store where the customers were directed to tell us their ultimate Cold Rock combo for the chance to win.
