Primacy Underwriting Management, a wholly owned subsidiary of Allianz has recently gone through a change of ownership and a change of name. Recognised as one of the country’s dominant providers of crop and forestry insurance, they needed a long-term brand and marketing strategy to grow market share amongst growers and brokers in Australia and New Zealand.
Red Crayon were appointed as strategic partners to help develop the long term plan to maintain and grow Primacy’s market share of crop and forestry insurance in Australia and New Zealand. After a staff workshop and broker interviews, Red Crayon were able to gain the valuable insight required to help formulate the building blocks of a long term strategy for going to market and positioning them as knowledgeable, friendly, valued experts who are there to help in difficult times for Australia’s and New Zealand’s producers.
