Passenger Engagement Campaign
Skybus dependably transport more than three million air travellers a year between Melbourne Airport and the city centre in their clean and comfortable airport buses. Being a four year client of ours, the brief this year focused primarily on growth in the digital footprint – reach and relationships, data capture and passenger growth. The specific targets are to drive Facebook likes to 50,000, develop deeper fan engagement and establish more brand ambassadors to amplify the SkyBus message and philosophy.
Red Crayon worked closely with the Marketing Manager from SkyBus to develop a succinct set of initiatives around the following key areas: The customer journey through online, social, search and advertising campaigns. Competition applications on Facebook continue to focus on quirky things about Melbourne to engage the community, whilst Facebook advertising will attract new fans to the brand.
SkyBus continues to grow its social media following and has increased passenger numbers and sales year on year.
