VISION CLEANING CAMPAIGN

TORK

Brief
We were engaged by Tork to relaunch their data driven cleaning application under the new name ‘Tork Vision Cleaning’ in Australia and New Zealand. Off the back of Covid and many lockdowns, ensuring hygienic cleaning practices were adhered to within large organisations and facilities became paramount for businesses. The Tork Vision Cleaning offer allows cleaning teams to work smarter, not harder and ensure key touchpoints within a building are cleaned in a timely manner to ensure resources aren’t wasted. Our brief was to create a campaign that encouraged potential customers to get in touch with Tork to find out more about the data-driven cleaning offering for their business. The messaging needed to be clear and engaging to help further define how Tork Vision Cleaning can really make an impact.

Solution
Utilising global materials, a localised creative concept and messaging hierarchy was developed in collaboration with Tork. The campaign was led by the overarching message ‘Clean Smarter with Tork Vision Cleaning’. The campaign headline was created to talk directly to the target audience whilst communicating the key benefit of the offering, being that if you use Tork Vision Cleaning you can clean smarter, not harder. The concept was rolled out across a number of different assets, both for print and digital use. The assets created included: display suites, social ads, web banners, a brochure, a whitepaper and a number of videos. As part of the brief response, we also developed a digital media strategy and went to market with the campaign in Australia and New Zealand.

Result
The assets were well received by the client and the campaign ran in two bursts across Australia and New Zealand generating a total number of 499,309 impressions across the campaign period. The aim of burst 1 was to promote a webinar discussing the benefits of Tork Vision Cleaning within a facility. This campaign ran across both LinkedIn and display and received a healthy CTR of 0.21% which is above industry average for both channels. The aim of burst 2 was to build brand awareness for Tork and awareness of the Tork Vision Cleaning offering. This burst only ran on LinkedIn and received a CTR of 0.12%.
