Brief
Airco Brands is an Australian owned company who have been specialising in providing quality tools and fasteners to the construction, manufacturing, retail, and rural markets for over 60 years. We were engaged by Airco Brands to help support their marketing team with the launch of their new product, the Otter dEXPERT decking screw. As part of the brief, they required several new assets to support the launch of the new product, both in-store and online. These assets included the overall look, feel and theme for the packaging packaging, various packaging designs, POS displays, 3D renders of the screw, digital campaign assets, and a campaign landing page.

Solution
Our solution was a simple one, to create a design that had WOW factor and would stand out in a competitive and saturated market.

We started by crafting and defining the theme for the new product. That theme then informed the chosen imagery and messaging that features across the packaging, website and social assets. As part of this work, we also elevated the original dEXPERT logo to be more in line with new look and feel. We then worked collaboratively with the Airco team to roll-out the concept across several packaging outputs, a merchandiser POS display, digital ads and the campaign landing page.

The approved design was then be applied consistently across all brand assets.

Result
The packaging design, updated logo and assets produced were all very well received by the Airco Brands marketing team. They believed the product would be able to stand out against competitors as it carried a sense of sharpness and credibility. The new product has launched in market and is now available to purchase.
