Brief
Red Crayon was engaged by Comcater to create an emotive campaign for their brand, Trueheat. Trueheat offers its customers professional gas cooking equipment to allow them to meet the high standards within their kitchen. Trueheat had recently undergone a brand refresh and the team at Comcater wanted to build on this through a digital campaign. The campaign needed to build brand awareness as well as generate leads for the team to convert to sales.

Solution
A creative concept and messaging hierarchy was developed in collaboration with Comcater and the Trueheat team. The concept spoke to the key decision makers within the target industries being: chefs, business owners, procurement managers and architects/designers. Bespoke creative was developed for each audience and served to the key industries that Trueheat services. The overarching message of “Want it? Get It.” allowed the creative to highlight the wants and needs of commercial customers and guide them to believe that Trueheat is their one and only solution.

The creative was seeded out to market via an integrated digital campaign across both META & display, and it ran over a 3-month period.

Result
The campaign was well received by the client and key stakeholders within the business. It launched for the first time in April and ran for 3 months. This first burst saw success, particularly from a brand awareness point of view serving over 2.8 million impressions. From an engagement point of view, Display generated a strong CTR of 0.26% with META generating a CTR of 1.49%, creating a strong basis for continued campaigning. After a successful first burst, the campaign rolled over into burst 2 with refreshed creative.
