Woodards approached us to create a bold and innovative campaign that would break free from the typical seasonal real estate marketing. The goal was to develop something distinctive that resonated deeply with sellers and landlords while cutting through the noise in a highly competitive market. The campaign needed longevity, ensuring its relevance beyond seasonal trends, while staying true to Woodards’ core values of trust, community, and customer focus.

The “Property That Moves People” campaign centred on building an emotional connection with Woodards’ audience by celebrating the memorable moments in their property journeys. For sellers, it captured the excitement of success with phrases like “Get the ‘Just-Sold!’ feeling”. For landlords, it focused on peace of mind with messages like “The ‘it’s in good hands’ feeling”. The creative approach was clean and impactful, standing out in a crowded market. Messaging was supported by a targeted media strategy, including social media ads on Facebook and Instagram, and retargeting campaigns for converting leads.
Result
The campaign successfully elevated Woodards’ brand presence and drove leads in a competitive environment. With 375,000 impressions and up to 41,000 landing page views daily, it effectively connected with the target audience. Retargeting campaigns proved especially effective, driving the majority of leads and showcasing cost efficiency.
